Just Relax

6 Years ago a woman told me the best Advice I ever Had. It was the simplest thing in the world that probably everyone knows but no one apply.

It was : Just RELAX.

It also took me a long time to really apply this advice to myself.
After my car accident I felt really nervous and probably stressed. I made a lot of sport but this mood persisted and I had no other issues to work on myself and to find an answer inside me.

One day I felt so angry, sad or tired that I decide to let it down, I said to myself : just RELAX.

And you know what? It worked.

Suddenly I started breathing slowly and deeply and I felt completely RELAX.
Something has replaced the angry man by someone cool, calm and confident.

I realized that it was EASY to activate the RELAX mode : You just HAVE to decide it.

The most difficult part is to STAY relax all the time. It's easy to activate but hard to keep it in a long period of time.

That's why you have to TRAIN.
TRAIN yourself to be RELAX everyday, start with a short period of time and make this period of time longer.

RELAXING yourself everyday is as important as eating or working : you have to do it EVERY DAY.

If you notice the animals they do it everyday but we, as human beings we forgot our essentials. Society distracts us from our fundamentals and that's why so many people are feeling bad, stressed and nervous.

The more you will feel RELAX the more you will feel cool, happy and above all : YOURSELF.

Remember, JUST RELAX.
